Playroom Requirements (rules)

• Available for children 6 months - 12 years old
• Parents/guardian must sign in each child on a registration/check-in form
• Your child must have socks and shoes on at all times
• For safety to other children, BioLife has the right to refuse a child with a communicable disease or illness
• Children should be fed prior, no food or drinks are allowed
• For children in diapers, please bring additional diapers and change of clothes

How to make an appointment

• Log in and schedule a donation appointment
• The system will automatically ask if you need the Supervised Playroom (if available during that time)
• Enter the number of children and confirm the appointment
