I have a room in a fairly new house, on property that has been in the same family for four generations on Woodford Road. It was once a family farm. The carpeted room has a private entrance. There is a private bath connected with the room. The entrance and large windows face the back of the house and it is bright and sunny. The room sleeps one or two adults in either a king sized bed or twin beds, with all linens furnished. Included is a new television with Directv, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffeemaker. Off street parking is provided. The house is located on the east end of the island, a short walk from the Kelleys Island Wine Co. along a wooded street. A short walk along roads to the east or to the south brings you to a lake view. The room is an all season rental and has in house air conditioning and heat. The room rents for $100 a night or $500 a week. Off season, please call for availability and pricing.
