Whether in one of PathPoint’s low-cost housing units with services, or in an independent home with our mobile team of support services, or in our outpatient counseling and rehabilitation centers, PathPoint has a proven success record of supported recovery, crisis prevention and stabilization, homeless prevention, and reduction in higher cost emergency care.
