Started in 2006, Impact 360 Fellows is a Christian Gap Year experience. Fellows learn to grow their relationship with God, build intentional community with others, and discern God’s call in their lives. Fellows transition into their college experience knowing why they believe what they believe. Being transformed in their character, they are sent out to live a life of Kingdom influence.

After 20 years of working in International Missions, John and Trudy Cathy White recognized an increasing need for equipping young adults in the area of godly leadership. Impact 360 Institute was born out of the vision of the Lifeshape, Inc.: to transform communities with the message of Jesus Christ by equipping young adults to become Christ-centered servant leaders.
