Rules of the Park

RULE #1 - HAVE FUN!!!

Park Hours - Daylight Hours Only

* Use this park at your own risk.
* Visitors may be subject to injury or animal bites.
* Owners are responsible for any injury or loss caused by their dogs.
* The City of Boulder City and/or See Spot Run Inc. will not be responsible for injuries to visiting dogs, their owners or others using this park.
* See Spot Run representatives will not watch your dogs.
* All dogs must be under voice command and accompanied by adults at all times.
* This is a public dog park and all owners and their animals are subject to the rules and regulations of Boulder City Municipal Code, Clark County Codes and Nevada NRS Regulations.
* Owners must clean up after their dogs.
* Dogs must be currently licensed and vaccinated.
* Sick or recovering dogs, dogs in heat or under 4 months of age are not allowed in this park.
* No glass containers in the park
* Dispose of cigarette butts elsewhere, if placed in trash be sure they are extinguished.
* If you turn the water on, be sure to turn it off.
