The First Moapa Valley Days in 2014 was a multiple day event, featuring activities like an Archery Competition, Valley Wide Garage Sale, Swap Meet and Car Show, Equestrian Events, Art Show, Street Fair, Cowboy Poetry and Buffalo Soldiers meet and greet. The MVRP organized the Street Fair, Cowboy Poetry and Buffalo Soldier Events which were held at the Wild Horse Gallery, LLC, headquarters of the MVRP.

The Moapa Valley Revitalization Project is a non-profit organization. The goal of the MVRP is to create a community locals can be proud of. Where store fronts are no longer vacant and tourists have a reason to stop and explore. Having a quaint community that encourages tourism is a great way to spark our local economy without changing what it is that makes it unique.
