One of our greatest success stories at One Step Beyond is our Culinary Training Program, which gives our participants the tools to not only take care of themselves but also access new work opportunities. The curriculum includes life skills-oriented courses intended for home kitchen management, as well as more advanced proficiencies useful for a commercial setting. Our culinary graduates move ahead with essential skills in customer service, cooking, and kitchen management that will serve them throughout their lives.
