This practice includes representation of employers in discrimination, wage, and wrongful termination claims filed by employees with the state of Illinois, Federal Government, and local government entities, such as the Decatur Human Relations Commission. We draft and advise employers as to employment policies and handbooks, advise as to employment disputes, and draft and advise employers in severing employment relationships.
