Through our Employment and Training Department, we develop strategies that in turn will assist farmworkers to increase their skill development in areas including trade, educational, and professional skills. Employment & Training houses programs that focus on providing services in the following areas:
- Education
- Employment & Training
- Community & Emergency Services
The programs include:
- Workforce Investment Act – Section 167 (WIA-167)
- National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP)
- Community Service Block Grant (CSBG)
- YouthBuild (YB)
- High School Equivalency (HEP)
