A core value of Community Council of Idaho, Inc. is that all individuals and families deserve safe, secure and decent housing. However, we are aware that housing doesn’t always mean a home, but our efforts in developing multi-family sites are focused on providing homes. The lives of the individuals and families that we serve are continually affected by the economic realities of Idaho rural agricultural economies. The links between the economic well-being of those we serve and their communities are inseparable. We know that the dream our family’s share is not to continually drift from location to location; it is to participate fully in the American Dream. The Economic & Community Partnerships that are developed through the Community Council of Idaho are designed with a two-fold purpose; to assist individuals directly with the economic transition to full participation, and to assist Idaho rural economies to grow along with this new economic force.

Multi-family Housing: With five multi-family communities, we are a major developer of affordable housing. These units are located throughout the State of Idaho to serve the needs of Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers and their families. We also provide transitional services to homeless and single individuals, homeless families, and other housing needs of rural communities.
