Community Family Clinic

Our Community Family Clinics are open to assist all Idaho residents, regardless of socioeconomic status, health care insurance status, race, religion, national origin, gender, or sexual orientation.

The clinic accepts uninsured patients, patients with private insurance, and patients with Medicaid or Medicare. Services may be provided on a sliding fee scale to those that qualify.  Qualification is based on income, so please bring proof of income to your appointment.
