Familias Unidas-Immigration Legal Services

Community Council of Idaho’s Immigration Legal Services Program, Familias Unidas, offers affordable immigration legal services to families and individuals in Canyon County and the surrounding areas. Accredited by the Department of Justice as a non-profit organization to offer low-cost immigration legal services, Familias Unidas also employs an on-site licensed attorney.  Through our attorney and caseworkers, FUELS is able to provide legal consultations and assistance for family-based petitions and applications, citizenship, DACA, TPS, and victims of certain violent crimes. Familias Unidas also offers legal representation for asylum applicants already in removal proceedings. The cost of services is determined using a sliding-fee schedule based on total household income.
