Packets must include:

• Completed application
• Three letters of recommendation
• A copy of your parents’ 2018 tax return
• A copy of your high school transcript OR GED/high school diploma
• A one-page essay or personal statement

Scholarship application deadline: April 15, 2019

Please fill out this form to the best of your ability. All applicants must submit the required paperwork. Failure to do so will disqualify the applicant from consideration. Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
-Be of Hispanic origin
-Be a resident of Idaho
-Be a college freshman in Fall 2019
-Pursue an academic course of study
-Have a minimum of 2.5 GPA
-Have not received this scholarship in prior years
