Our survey team provides complete surveying services. Boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, and elevation verification are part of pre-engineering design. Construction staking for the improvements is an integral part of our services. We also provide heavy construction surveying for large infrastructure projects, manufacturing, mining, highways, and bridges. We prepare parcel maps, subdivision maps, boundary line adjustments, right-of-way documents, legal descriptions and all types of easements.

CIVIL ENGINEERING

Our engineering staff provides the complete engineering design expertise to undertake a wide variety of assignments, from the single lot residential to the 600-acre commercial development. Typical projects include subdivision planning and design, street improvements, water, sewer, storm drain infrastructure, grading plans, and intersection design. We are experienced in land development, commercial sites, public works, and individual property improvements. We have the ability to coordinate the work and the project requirements with the client and the respective agencies. We take pride in offering our clients the same detailed service on their small projects as we do on their larger projects.
