Structural observations

We perform Structural Observations per the International Building Code for projects where we are the Engineer of Record as well as for projects designed by other design firms.
Structural Observations are required by code to assure that the project, whether new construction, renovations or building additions, is proceeding in conformance with the design drawings.
Our findings are thoroughly documented and delivered to the building owner or project manager upon completion.
