Commercial real estate encompasses the leasing and/or sales of retail spaces, industrial buildings, gaming/hospitality properties, recreational venues, office complexes, buildable land, and the financial investments within these groups.

Although the general nature of commercial real estate transactions may appear to be similar to residential; commercial transactions are completely different in every phase.  The motivations and objectives of commercial buyers, sellers, lessees, lessors, and investors stem from a for-profit business philosophy, which is totally dissimilar to a typical family’s housing requirements.
