When it's not possible for a child to return home to their birth parents, they become eligible for adoption. The foster parents or relatives often adopt the child, but when that is not an option, Guiding Harbor looks to find a good fit for the child so that they can be matched with a forever family.

Guiding Harbor also offers home study services to families who would like to adopt a child who is already legally free. There are over 2500 children in Michigan waiting to find a permanent family. Contact us for more information.
