THE EASTON PLAN

The Easton Plan reflects the efforts of a multidisciplinary team to create one of the finest master planned communities in the nation.

A collection of five distinctive planning areas, called “boroughs”, each borough has been planned as a distinct community. Together they provide a rare balance of residential, educational, professional and recreational uses—served by two light rail stations.

Spanning three adjacent jurisdictions, the Boroughs of Easton are linked by superior community character, attention to design, and a commitment to quality.
