New Art Exhibit - Memory Project: Syria

A new art exhibit featuring the faces of Syrian refugee children is now on display at the Sacramento Children's Museum! Memory Project: Syria showcases portraits of Syrian children living in a refugee camp on the border of Syria and Jordan. The portraits were created by American high school art students, and these paintings and drawings were given to the Syrian children as gifts. Replicas of these portraits are on display to promote international friendship and kindness.

We will accomplish our mission by providing a place where children are encouraged to think for themselves, expand their problem-solving abilities through creative exploration, and exercise both their bodies and their minds..

Sacramento Children's Museum is designed for ages birth to eight-years-old to allow children to "learn-by-doing"!
