TODAY MORE THAN EVER...

Volunteers play a key role in all aspects of the Folsom Cordova Community Partnership's mission.  Our volunteer program is rich and diverse.  It is about helping sort food donations to create food boxes or making a difference for youth by becoming a mentor.  It is about helping greet clients at the front desk or helping at community events like Family Fun Nights, A Partnership in Thanks and Christmas in Cordova.  It is about helping with our mailers, data entry, filing and community outreach or providing skilled pro-bono services.

The Folsom Cordova Community Partnership's volunteer program responds to community needs and matches the skills of our volunteers to our activities to get the greatest impact in our community.

Volunteer Opportunities include:

Front Desk / Office Assistance 
There are always projects in our office that can involve the talents of volunteers who prefer to work in an office setting. We welcome volunteers on a regular or on-call basis to help with front office duties, data entry, and filing.

Mentors For Youth
We need volunteers who are ready to be a positive adult influence in a young person's life.  You can make a difference in the life of an elementary school, middle school or out of school youth.

Services To Support Clients
We need volunteers who can help sort donations, create food boxes and provide PlayCare during Family Resource Center activities.

Community Event Support
Volunteers help us host our large community events.  Every year we engage the community with events that are fun for the whole family.  Find out how you can volunteer to make these events a success.

Securing Donations
We need volunteers who are willing to secure food donations, pick-up donations and deliver them to our Centers, and start grass roots food drives, community fundraisers and word-of mouth campaigns to support the our food program.
