J.J. Pfister craft spirits are hand-crafted to meet our family tradition of excellence. J.J. Pfister is proud to source ingredients from the local Sacramento Valley as well as distill and bottle our craft spirits at our Sacramento production distillery. The J.J. Pfister craft spirit portfolio includes Gin, Vodka, Navy Strength Rum, Apple Brandy, Pear Brandy, Drakas (Aged and Unaged), Eau de Vie of Pear and Eau de Vie of Apple as well as premium whiskeys – Bourbon, Single Malt Whiskey and Rye Whiskey. As an independent craft distillery, our production and inventory of each spirit varies throughout the year.
