Words are shallow, but actions are powerful. I have gone through Pete LoPresti, Rescom Financial Services, not only recently on my latest home purchase, but this was my FOURTH time using Pete and Rescom, now being a total of 4 home loans. I truly believe this says a lot. Each transaction closed on time and this last home loan was a very seamless procedure. Each time, Pete is personal yet very professional, as is his staff. Pete and Kristen were great to work with through the entire process. They answered all our questions and helped guide us through the process. Pete provided different loan options for us to choose from while detailing the pros and cons of each option. Kristen was always available to answer any questions my wife and I had and made the entire experience as stress-free as possible. A great team with a greater work ethic.
