Shull & Co., P.C. was opened in Indianola in 1975 and was founded by Dennis and Doug Shull. In preparation of retirement, Dennis sold the company in July 2015 to three current employees, Arlen Schrum, Bruce McClaflin and Deb Elgin, at which time the company name was updated to Shull, Schrum, McClaflin & Co., Inc. Our team of twelve professionals includes seven certified public accountants and support staff, with offices in Indianola and Osceola. As members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants (ISCPA), our central and southern Iowa based accountants adhere to yearly continuing education guidelines for licensing, and they follow the AICPA's Code of Professional Conduct.

We also voluntarily participate in the AICPA Peer Review Program of our auditing and accounting practices to ensure we are at the highest level of professional standards.
