Welcome To

City of Fun Carnival, Inc

Family owned and operated for over 50 years, City of Fun Carnival has always prided itself in providing clean family entertainment for the communities it has served. Originally founded by Lou and Lois Melendez, the carnival has grown by leaps and bounds, and to this day is still operated by the family. After Lou's passing in 2010, Lois stepped in as CEO and daughter Pam Zoeller as the vice president and general manager. Lou and Lois' son, Brad Melendez, serves as company President and is a certified welder and in charge of the company's safety, inspection, and maintenance program. During the offseason, he runs a full-service maintenance facility complete with sandblasting and paint bays and an area for welding and electrical/mechanical work. Brad's son, Bradley Jr. graduated college with an associates degree in diesel mechanics and is a certified safety inspector for our trucks and trailers. Teresa Bissegger operates the show's concessions, selling her famous candy apples. During the summer months when school is out, our third and fourth generation grandkids also come out to work on the show.

Working as a successful family unit strengthens the resolve to provide clean family entertainment.
