Quest for Balance Wellness offers Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Reiki, Meditation, Life Coaching, and wellness-focused events. Weekly class offerings include $5 Community Yoga each Friday at 5 pm, Vinyasa Yoga, Gentle Flow, Yoga for Alignment and Balance, Yoga for Strength and Mobility, and Yin Yoga.
Special classes and workshops offered periodically include Reiki, Meditation, Sound Healing and more. We also offer location-based services including corporate yoga, drumming, and work-life balance sessions for employees.
All classes taught by certified instructors who can work with beginners and provide effective cuing for safe and effective practice. We offer a private, studio environment that has heated bamboo floors and a beautiful view. A large collection of props are available for student use.
