Therefore, in 2009, Chef Marie took on the mission with an expert team in developing herbs and spice blends that are "clean", without severe additives and fillers, allergen-free (the 12 allergens accredited by the ACIA and FDA), filler-free, gluten-free, vegan, Kosher, sulfite-free, sulfate-free, MSG-free, and low in salt intake. So now, you will savor the difference and explore the premium quality of what spices and herbs should be tasting like! We are proud to present to you the MCHEF collection of delightful herbs and spice blends for your every dish, desserts, and favorite cocktails. Cheers!
