The Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit membership organization that works to support, encourage and create conditions that will create a healthy economic and social environment in the Yuba-Sutter area. It's IRS designation is 501(c)(6), a "civic league". The 26 member board of directors is elected by the membership, works with a full-time staff of 4 and 2 part-time office volunteers, and is representative of the diversity of its members. An executive committee is elected by the Board.

The Chamber of Commerce is the largest, most effective regional business organization providing practical and comprehensive business referrals and services. Membership in the Chamber of Commerce, representing more than 18,000 employees through 600 businesses, is an essential tool to help grow your business.
