Welcome To

See Spot Run, Inc.

The 3 1/2 acre off leash dog park in Boulder City is a wonderful place to visit. The park is organized, implemented and maintained by volunteers and donations. It is a gathering place for many locals and travelers with their canines. You can drive by the park, located in Veteran's Memorial Park (1181 Commons Way) across from the baseball fields and see both dogs and their owners enjoying themselves, walking, running and playing. Thanks to the many volunteers and donations, there is now a viable option for canines to off leash exercise. The parks success is a concerted effort of many and we are very proud of our results. With plenty of shade, cool water, "waste" bags and receptacles, and a comfortable walking trail, the park offers visitors a chance to unwind, get a little exercise, and let your dogs have the freedom to run. Most visitors to the park (and their parents!) are friendly and well-socialized. If you are a protective parent of a small dog you'll find a small-dogs-only area reserved just for you. Well-socialized dogs of all sizes (and their parents!) are welcome in the "all dogs" area, which is much larger and offers wide open spaces, picnic tables, and a nice walking trail (six laps is one mile). There's a great diversity of life in the park besides the canine and human types. Lots of trees and desert flowers and shrubs are found at the park, and butterflies, hummingbirds, songbirds, and lizards call the park home. We invite everyone to come and enjoy the park.
