Cokie Booth combines her many years of real estate experience with her continuing education to provide quality real estate services. She is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, a Certified Residential Specialist, and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute. Cokie knows what it takes to provide quality real estate services to her clients.

Cokie originally from Palmdale, California, still has close ties with family and friends there. She attended Antelope Valley College, the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and Clark County Community College. Cokie has worked as an assistant to Ben Swatt, CPA, an estimator for Minghelli Pools & Concrete, a marketing manager for Ticor Title, and a materials manager for St. Rose Dominican Hospital.

Cokie's husband Les is the owner of Les' Marine in Boulder City and his favorite hobby is riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Cokie has four children, Tim, Kim, Kenny, and Augie. Her husband Les has two daughters, Connie and Chris. Together Cokie and Les have 9 grandchildren and believe the most wonderful part of being a parent is becoming a grandparent.

Cokie believes that children are the future, and she is passionate about working with the Boys & Girls Club. The Boys & Girl's Club is a safe place to learn and grow - all while having fun. It is truly "The positive place for kids," and is Cokie's favorite charity. She is actively involved with the Bark In The Park Dog Show, and the Pan Draggers Car Show, held every year in conjunction with Boulder City's Spring Jamboree. She also gives her time to the Boulder City Rotary Club, the Boulder City Community Club and the Pan Draggers Car Club. Cokie hosts the Boulder City Community Information Show on Boulder City Television, a volunteer program allowing different organizations and businesses to talk about upcoming events.

Cokie's puppies, Spike, Molly, Diamond, and Alie are her pride and joy. Spike is the little old man of the family, born in February of 1991in Lancaster, California. Spike's life consists of breakfast, the morning walk, chasing the girls, dinner, and back to bed. Spike has never met a person or dog he didn't like.

Molly is better known as Cybil and was born in February of 1994. She does not get along with other dogs unless it is one of her dog cousins. She can be a princess one moment and a little she-devil the next. Although Cokie was concerned when she acquired her newest dog, Diamond, Molly loves Diamond and they play and wrestle all day. Molly has become a puppy again.

Diamond, better known as the "little demon," was born in December of 2002. She is awake promptly at 6 a.m. and does not stop until midnight. There are dog toys from one end of her house to the other. Diamond's funny antics bring a lot of laughter to the family.

Alie is very sweet four years old, born on St. Patty's day. We adopted her in 2004 and she was 3 years old. Alie is very well mannered and loves to have you splash her when you're in the pool.
