PediSmiles is a compassionate community initiative led by PediStat and PediPec, in collaboration with healthcare leaders across South Florida. The project aims to deliver happiness to children facing complex medical conditions by engaging in various hospital and community-based Smile programs. These programs include hospital visits by volunteers dressed as beloved cartoon and movie characters, bringing much-needed laughter to these young patients. Additionally, PediSmiles offers creative 'slime' workshops in partnership with the Child Life Department at local children's hospitals, providing a fun and engaging activity for the children.
