Fellowship Program

El Puente de Encuentros’ Fellowship Program is all about uplifting the next generation of diverse behavioral health leaders in New Mexico! Each year, we connect culturally and linguistically diverse graduate and undergraduate students with experienced mentors in the field, creating meaningful relationships that support their growth. Our goal is to help BIPOC students navigate their academic journey, build confidence, and gain real-world insights from professionals who share similar experiences. Through engaging seminars and hands-on mentorship, we’re building a strong, supportive network of future behavioral health providers who are ready to make a difference in their communities!
