The Master Conservationist Program, offered by ISU Extension and Outreach in collaboration with County Conservation Boards and local professionals, equips Iowans with the knowledge and skills to become leaders in natural resource conservation. The program includes four modules covering Iowa's conservation history, ecosystems, conservation practices, and effective communication. Graduates receive a certificate and are encouraged to apply their learning locally and engage with conservation professionals and communities.
