Colorado Empowered Learning

Colorado Empowered Learning (CEL), managed by Colorado River BOCES and funded through HB 16-1222, supports PK-12 educators across Colorado in integrating technology with effective, student-centered instructional practices. In partnership with the Colorado Department of Education, Colorado Digital Learning Solutions, and iLearn Collaborative, CEL provides supplemental online courses, educator training, consulting services, and digital curriculum. The program aims to improve equity and access to high-quality learning opportunities for all Colorado students.
