The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) at Rocky Mountain PACE delivers coordinated, comprehensive healthcare services designed to support older adults in living safely and independently in their communities for as long as possible. Participants receive all necessary medical care, including primary care, specialty services, and wellness support, through Rocky Mountain PACE’s contracted providers. To maintain coverage, all non-emergency services must be authorized and coordinated through the program; otherwise, participants may be responsible for out-of-pocket costs. By integrating medical, social, and wellness services, Rocky Mountain PACE ensures a holistic approach to aging with dignity and quality of life.
