Each local Toys for Tots campaign is led by a Community Coordinator, who may be a Marine, a member of the Marine Corps League, or a local community representative. These Coordinators oversee all aspects of the campaign, from planning and organizing to toy collection and distribution. Beginning in October and running through December, community members donate new, unwrapped toys at local drop-off locations. Coordinators collect and sort the toys by age and gender to ensure an efficient and thoughtful distribution to children in need during the holiday season.
