Parent Time-Out

We know parenting and caregiving can be overwhelming, and everyone occasionally needs a “time-out” to put life back into perspective. For many families, finding that break can be difficult due to busy schedules, responsibilities, or limited access to affordable child care.

The Family Resource Center’s Parent Time-Out Program provides short-term respite care, giving parents and caregivers the opportunity to recharge. Use this time to run errands, attend appointments, prepare a meal, take a walk, or simply step away—knowing your children are safe and cared for.
