Men’s Group

The Men’s Group at Henry’s Home is dedicated to supporting Veterans and Retired First Responders as they navigate the complex challenges of PTSD, depression, and the transition back to civilian life. Through the practice of natural horsemanship, participants experience the therapeutic power of building trust and connection with horses, a bond that fosters self-awareness, emotional healing, and resilience. This unique approach offers a safe and supportive space for stress reduction and personal growth, empowering men to overcome obstacles and rebuild their lives with renewed strength, balance, and purpose.
