Women’s Group

The Women’s Group at Henry’s Home provides a supportive environment for female Veterans and Retired First Responders facing challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, and the complexities of reintegration into civilian life. Through natural horsemanship, participants engage in a nurturing, therapeutic experience that fosters emotional healing, stress reduction, and personal growth. By forming meaningful bonds with horses, women develop trust, self-awareness, and resilience, gaining the tools to navigate obstacles and cultivate a life of balance, renewal, and well-being.
