At Compacting Tooling in McKeesport, PA, we rely on advanced fixturing systems to achieve the highest levels of alignment and positional accuracy in our tooling. Our processes are fully compatible with Era and 3R Macro/Matrix (and refix) systems, ensuring precise, repeatable setups throughout production. On-site equipment includes Era chucks PM190 and PM128, along with Macro systems in 10 Ton and 20 Ton capacities, and Matrix models 110, 142, and 185. This comprehensive range of tooling and fixtures allows us to deliver consistent quality and accuracy across a wide variety of customer applications.
