A Waukegan High graduate class of 2007, Sammy Encarnacion co-founded Premier Barber Academy in March 2024 alongside his father, Master Barber Instructor Eliezer Encarnacion. A graduate of the College of Lake County and former Chicago Police Officer, Sammy brings leadership, discipline, and a passion for education to his hometown.
As the Director of Education, Sammy is dedicated to providing a top-tier barbering program rooted in community values. At Premier, we’re a father-and-son team committed to treating every student like family and delivering the highest standard of barber education.
