Scouting For Food

Scouting for Food is the nation’s largest one-day food drive, started by a Scout in 1985 and adopted nationwide in 1988. Today, Scouts across the country work together to collect food for families who need it most, including the many children living in food-insecure households. By joining this effort, we help make sure no child in our community goes hungry and support neighbors who need a helping hand. It’s a simple, powerful way for Scouts to give back and make a real difference.
