First-Year Teachers

The First-Year Teachers program supports new educators as they begin their teaching careers by helping them create welcoming and inspiring classroom environments. Recognizing the challenges of preparing a classroom on a limited budget, the Foundation provides each first-year teacher with a $100 stipend to purchase decorations and essential supplies. This support helps ensure that classrooms are engaging, comfortable spaces where both teachers and students can start the school year with confidence and enthusiasm.
