The campus will also house a micro-retail incubator marketplace where local entrepreneurs will be mentored and supported to grow their businesses. Whether informational, educational, vocational, entertainment, basic needs, disaster response, or fellowship, the RISE Empowerment Center offers disadvantaged families access to the resources they need now while instilling hope and propelling them towards a prosperous future.
The RISE Empowerment Center will be a community-driven space for critical resources, while also celebrating the area’s rich heritage. It will recognize and highlight the local historical significance of the past while introducing and embracing the future!
