Welcoming Visitors

• We are so excited to see you at Homestead Assisted Living in Ottawa, Kansas! To make sure your visit is the best it can be, we have put together a few tips and tricks.
• If you are visiting a resident or taking a tour of our community, please call ahead. We want to be sure that we are ready so your visit is the best it can be. If you are just dropping something off, there is no need to call ahead.
• We would love to have you join us for a meal, just let our team know so we can prepare properly.
• When you arrive at the community, please go to the main entrance to be let in for your visit.
• Animals are more than welcome at our community! Please let our staff know if you are planning to bring a friend with you. All pets must be well-behaved and housebroken.
• If you are feeling ill, please be considerate of our residents and reschedule your visit.
• Tours may be limited in time, but resident visits are not.
• Guests of all ages are welcome at our community.
• Please be respectful of our residents while in our community – this is their home.
• Celebrations are welcome! Let our team know if you would like to come and celebrate a birthday, holiday, or just a random Tuesday, we would love to help with your special day.
