Sitgreaves Community Development Corporation proudly leads the Local Coalition to End Homelessness for Navajo and Apache Counties within Arizona’s Balance of State Continuum of Care. We partner with local and regional organizations to strengthen access to housing, coordinated intake, supportive services, and reliable homelessness data while expanding solutions for low-income and unhoused households. Meeting every other month, the coalition connects leaders, aligns strategies, and pursues funding opportunities to create lasting community impact.
