As part of our medication management programs, we offer specialized drug interaction monitoring to reduce side effects and other health consequences.

By collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including the patients primary care team, we develop and conduct follow-ups regarding medication effects on the clients health with regards to their other current medications and the diseases they are enduring.
