New pond locations will be evaluated prior to construction for adequate rain water runoff and clay content. Clay content will be checked with test holes to confirm that the final work will hold water. Pond cleanouts will be reviewed prior to actual work by testing the depth of silt and locating the area for silt that will be removed.
