Community Outreach

With help from our Crescendo patrons, Mid-Columbia Community Concert Association's student outreach program bring live, interactive musical performances to engage, enrich, educate, and inspire K-12 students in the Columbia Gorge area. Students are exposed to a variety of musical genres, instruments, and cultures and have the opportunity to ask questions of the artists during the assemblies. For the 2022-23 season, we will host our first outreach residency featuring the Marsh Family Band. Through this residency, we will be able to reach more of our outlying communities. We are excited to offer outreach opportunities with five out of our six performances this season! Last season we hosted an outreach with four of our performers. Due to certain restrictions, we were limited on where we went, but the quality of outreach was simply amazing.
