Native American Health and Wellness

We provide COVID-19 testing and vaccinations, connection to resources, health education, health insurance enrollment, behavioral health, chronic disease health screenings, basic medical care, oral health, and distribution of masks, hand sanitizer, cleaning supplies, food, personal hygiene products, and clothing. Our mobile medical team is also equipped with telehealth technology to connect tribal community members with other healthcare providers at any of our primary health centers including medical providers, registered nurses, dentists, and behavioral health providers. The Native American Health and Wellness Team also organizes special events throughout the year to bring together community partners and provide health resources to Native People along the river.

Our long-term vision is to establish strong relationships with the tribal communities and create culturally specific pathways to medical, dental, and behavioral health care, so that Native People here in The Gorge have access to high-quality services.
