Be part of a GOLDEN team! NORCAL Golden Retriever Rescue is looking for team members in the Fair Oaks, Citrus Heights and surrounding Sacramento counties for assistance with our rescue program.
Some of the fun you can have is taking in surrendered goldens, working with veterinarians for health care, while working with other team members to provide: Rotary Information
• Home visits- Visits home of people wishing to adopt
• Shelter checks- Rescue abandoned or lost Goldens
• Transportation- Drives dogs to vet appointments, move dog, food or equipment from one area to another
• Surrender assistance--Assists in picking up surrendered dogs, evaluating behavior, finding fosters
• Adoption assistance--Helps arrange meetings between dogs and prospective applicants
• Senior Golden Program--Working with and finding homes for Senior Goldens
